Eclectic Educational Solutions consultants work directly with new teachers in a 2 day workshop geared towards preparing them for the school year.  The On-Boarding workshop gets teachers acclimated to the new environment and addresses unanswered questions while preparing teachers to engage with colleagues, students and parents.
