A dedicated educator with a life purposed for impacting lives through service and commitment, Shawonna Coleman is the Founder and CEO of Eclectic Ed. Solutions, LLC. As a licensed educator in two states with over 11 years of service in education, she has had the opportunity to serve in many roles that include, but aren't limited to Director of Educational Foundations, Department Chair, Lead Teacher, Content Model Teacher, Demonstration Classroom Teacher, New Teacher Mentor, Consultant, Curriculum Developer, Member of Superintendent's Teacher Advisory Committee and was featured in the Los Angeles Times and on CBS News Atlanta for instructional practices. A native of Jackson, MS, received her Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication at Jackson State University, Master's Degree in Education at Belhaven University and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership at Clark Atlanta University. Her passion for education coupled with the desire to support other educator's led to the founding of Eclectic Ed. Solutions.
